Children ages three to five who are fully toilet trained are eligible to apply for Roots to Branches. Applying to the program entails a multi-step process:
- Submit online survey
- Phone meeting to provide information and answer preliminary questions
- Application submission
- Outdoor meet & greet with family and educational guides
